    Description

    3 used ball heads, Gitzo, Steinheil, and unbranded.
    The Gitzo is old-style, heavy duty.  Features a 360 degree rotational scale.  Accepts 3/8" or 1/4" tripod (reduction bushing included).  Platform is 2 3/4" x 3 1/4".  You could put a 4x5 on it.  I used it with a Crown Graphic.
    The Steinheil has a 3/8" female tripod mount.  Suitable for a lighter 35mm camera or rangefinder.  I used it with a 6x9 folder.
    The third one is very light weight  I'd only use it for a point-and-shoot digital camera.
