You are buying
a Gray Kit for a Waterfall Valve that has the Universal Valve with a shell hole size of 2 3/16" and a sleeve size of 1 3/4".
This kit includes The Valve with a Gray cap, a Straight glue in barb, a 90 Degree Glue in Barb, (2) 3/4" X 3/4" Barb couplers, 12" of 3/4" Clear tube and (4) 3/4" Roto clamps. This valve has been used to control waterfalls, fountains and neck jets in a lot of hot tubs even though the cap may look different look at the dimensions and compare and this should work. This valve has a fitting sleeve that fits through the shell of the tub with a nut on the back then the body of the valve pushes through the sleeve and you put the cap and the knob back on to hold it in place.
