.  I must state (in accordance with eBay rules) that this license plate is expired and at least 3 years old.  American Samoa, Illinois, Alabama, and Idaho expired in 2016, all others have registration tabs that show year of expiration.  I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE PLATES.
