This is a nice, heavy napkin holder. The bar slides up to retrieve a napkin and then slides down to keep your napkins from flying away. This is a great item for picnics, camping, or outdoor social-distancing events. It measures 7" tall x 8" square. There is wear to the bottom and one small spot of paint loss on the edge.
