Retired college players will go to the NFL team in which the player played the longest tenure (Seasons played with team).  Retro helmets will go to the current team. Specialty Helmets featuring multi signatures from different teams will go to randomizer with a minimum of a 5 dice roll, unless there is a majority owner. Majority Owner = 51% or more of teams represented.
