We try very hard to make sure we are never out of any products, but occasionally we do run out of an item.  On a closeout item, the listing will be cancelled as soon as we find we are out of stock.  On normal stocking items, we get product in daily and will fill your order as soon as we can.  If you want to make sure item is in stock and can be shipped immediately

Returns

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.

Returns are subject to restocking fee depending on condition.
Shipping Details

Shipment will be either UPS or USPS at our shipper's discretion.  Some larger items will ship via Freight service. Customer must provide valid phone number for large freight items. Orders are generally shipped on the same day of full payment.

Shipping rates listed are for the continental 48 states. HI, AK & Puerto Rico will require an additional charge unless otherwise noted in listing.

If an item arrives damaged, please refuse the item so that it may automatically be returned to us.

If an item is ordered in error or returned for any reason where we are not at fault, buyer must pay for all shipping costs which includes the cost of shipping the first item(s) to you, the cost to ship it back to us, and the cost of the desired item(s) to you.
