Olympic Optilon Synthetic Rubber Base Paint
Get the same quality results as a chlorinated rubber base paint at a lower price! Apply over bare concrete, plaster or old rubber base for an attractive low-sheen finish. Do not apply over epoxy or unknown paints. Two coats are required over bare surfaces. First coat should be thinned with our rubber base paint thinner sold below. Includes instructions.
Coverage:
1st coat: thinned 10 - 20% - 250 sq. ft. p/gallon average. 2nd coat: un-thinned - 275 sq. ft. per gallon average
Prep Magic Surface Prep
Used to Clean, degrease and etch surfaces prior to painting. Turns traditional 3-step process into a simple 1-step process. This product can be used on bare concrete, Gunite, Marcite, bare fiber-glass, plaster, and painted surfaces. Depending on the surface, one gallon is enough to clean and etch up to 700 sq. ft.
For Bare Concrete, Marcite, Gunite, and Plaster:
Mix 1 gallon of PREP MAGIC with 2 gallons of water. Always use a water-filled plastic container before pouring in the PREP MAGIC. This will clean and etch approximately 400 square feet.
For Bare Fiberglass and Painted Surfaces:
Mix 1 gallon of PREP MAGIC with 4 gallons of water. Always use a water-filled plastic container before pouring in the PREP MAGIC. This will clean and etch approximately 700 square feet. Prep Magic also works great for cleaning dirty or clogged filter cartridges! A must have for any paint job!
